This includes interpreting installation instructions and performing quality checks to confirm alignment, level, and structural integrity.</li><li>Safety Compliance: You are committed to following all safety protocols on-site, including using personal protective equipment (PPE) and complying with OSHA guidelines. Before starting any project, conduct safety assessments to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks.</li><li>Collaboration with Project Teams:&nbsp;You will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to coordinate schedules and ensure seamless integration of steel components into the construction project.</li><li>Equipment Operation and Maintenance: You will operate tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., lifts, welding tools).</li><li>On-Site Problem-Solving: This role requires identifying and resolving any issues during installation, such as misalignments or unexpected site conditions.
