We offer:Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)<ul><li>Financial Security: 401(k) retirement plan.</li><li>Company Ownership: Employee-owned company structure.</li><li>Health Coverage: Comprehensive health and dental insurance plans.</li><li>Life Insurance: Employer-provided life insurance coverage.</li><li>Paid Time Off: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) package for vacation and sick leave.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Preventative Maintenance: Perform scheduled service checks, lubricate moving parts, change filters, and calibrate production machines.</li><li>Troubleshooting &amp; Repair: Quickly diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures on sheet metal tools (plasma tables, shears, coil lines).</li><li>Equipment Upkeep: Inspect and replace worn-out components, belts, blades, and consumable parts before system failure occurs.</li><li>Installation &amp; Testing: Assist in setting up, positioning, and safety-testing new fabrication machinery across the shop floor.</li><li>Record Keeping: Track and log all completed maintenance tasks, replacement parts used, and safety inspections using a digital management system or manual logs.</li><li>Safety Compliance: Follow strict OSHA guidelines, lock-out/tag-out rules, and ensure a clean, safe, and hazard-free shop environment.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or GED; technical certificate or trade school degree in industrial maintenance is preferred.Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on machinery maintenance experience within a manufacturing or metal fabrication shop environment.Technical Skills: Proven ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams, and mechanical blueprints.Tool Proficiency: Skilled and safe operation of precision hand tools, specialized power equipment, and electrical testing multimeters.Physical Demands: Capable of standing for long shifts, bending, stretching, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50-75 lbs. unassisted.
