Responsibilities

Here's what your day will look like:


  • Fabricate with finesse: Measure, cut, and assemble steel parts per precise engineering specs
  • Operate with care: Use welders, grinders, saws, and other fabrication equipment safely and effectively
  • Blueprint to reality: Read and follow technical drawings and schematics accurately
  • Ensure quality: Inspect components for accuracy, structural integrity, and compliance with standards
  • Collaborate actively: Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and teammates to align tasks with project timelines
  • Solve quickly: Identify fabrication issues and troubleshoot on the spot to keep projects moving
